Welcome to the first issue of the School of Digital Science’s postgraduate and faculty newsletter!
We are a newly formed faculty at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD). Previously, we ran the programme: Bachelor of Science, Major in Computer Science at the Faculty of Science.
Taking a digital initiative, UBD started to offer the Bachelor of Digital Science at the new School of Digital Science in August 2020. Four majors are offered; Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, Cybersecurity & Forensic for excited and curious students wanting to get hands-on with problem solving and to explore new ideas, together with our team of academics, with Professor Liyanage Chandratilak De Silva as our Dean and Dr Ong Wee Hong as our Deputy Dean. Postgraduate research programmes at the Masters and PhD levels are also offered.
